Sarah is passionately committed to sustainability issues, and runs her free range turkey, hens’, duck and quails’ egg business, Phoenix Free Range, from Bisley, Gloucestershire. She prides herself on the fact that her turkeys are not for Christmas. Sarah also spends much time at shows promoting the case for - and cause of - rare breeds in the UK.

American by birth, she currently runs Not Just Bouquets, a top Cotswold florist and events management company – although she also has an extensive background in project management, organising dinners for 800+ people, and corporate trouble-shooting!

With a background in both manufacturing and retail sectors, Laura specialises in delivering bespoke food safety solutions and technical consultancy, implementing tailor-made Quality Management and HACCP systems, auditing, training and mentoring packages. A member of the IFST Register of Professional Food Auditors and Mentors, Laura lives in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire.
